TJ’s Workplace Hearing Testing is an experienced professional hearing test provider servicing a number of Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley workplaces for over 20 years. Our priority is to minimize noise induced hearing loss in the workplace. We work closely with WorkSafeBC and our clients to ensure our services exceed their standards. We take pride in combining efficient and professional audiometric testing services which our clients commend as clear benchmarks for excellent customer service.

Our clients range from government institutions and municipalities to private businesses within manufacturing, logging, and construction industries. As a family owned and operated business, we provide a systems approach to scheduling and accounting. We address the complexities of organizing various appointment times and driving distances to ensure cost effectiveness.

Many of our clients have been with us for over ten years, which we strongly believe is a reflection of the confidence and satisfaction they have with our service. With the recent procurement of an additional mobile hearing truck, we have the capacity to help more workers and the flexibility to cater to new hours.

Carlos

Technician

Addressed by some clients as "TJ" or "the older gentleman", Carlos prides himself in providing professional and efficient hearing conservation services. For almost 20 years, he has helped hundreds of employers and workers in the Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley avoid occupational noise-induced hearing loss. Carlos' background in sales and marketing, passion for health, and work ethic has contributed to his success in owning and operating TJ's Workplace Hearing Testing.

Anton

Technician

Anton is Carlos' favourite (and only) son and a father to three young children. His degree in engineering, experience as a lay missionary, and love for music informs his goals to streamline business processes for improved time and cost efficiency and build lasting relationships with clients, all while understanding first-hand the impact of noise on one's health and wellness. He can always be found wearing custom molded earplugs even when he's not at work. Ask him why!

Genifer

Business Development & Office Manager

Genifer joins the team with an extensive background in corporate communications. In her role, she develops and sustains a growth strategy, helping improve the reputation of the business through marketing and educating new and existing clients. Her broad experience working with orgnizations ranging from start-ups, enterprises, and non-profits to develop communication strategies has fuelled her interest to bring a trustworthy and reputable family business to the next level.
